Free Classes Aug 31 and Sep 2

from 6-7pm at the UMaine Orono Rec Center.  classes are free this week.  i will be participating in a Martial Arts demonstration on Sep 9th in the evening at the Student Union.  the demo will consist of solo forms, weapons, and push hands exercises.
